Saber Interactive Announces New Co-op PvE Game: Toxic Commando
Saber Interactive, known for its work on popular titles such as World War Z, has officially announced its upcoming cooperative PvE game, Toxic Commando. The announcement was made in early 2024 via the company’s official channels. Toxic Commando is set to launch on multiple platforms including PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC later this year.
The game focuses on team-based cooperative gameplay where players fight through toxic environments filled with mutated enemies. Players will assume the roles of specialized commandos equipped with unique abilities and customizable gear. The objective is to complete missions that involve clearing zones, rescuing hostages, and securing resources while managing environmental hazards.
According to Saber Interactive’s official statement, Toxic Commando aims to blend fast-paced action with strategic team coordination, emphasizing player synergy and tactical decision-making. The game supports up to four players in online co-op mode and features a progression system that rewards skill and teamwork.
