The Game Kitchen has announced a new side-scrolling action game inspired by the classic Ninja Gaiden series from the NES era, titled “Ninja Gaiden: Bonds of Fury.” The game is scheduled for release on July 31, 2025.
Recently, the official statement confirmed that physical editions for PS5 and Nintendo Switch will be available starting September 19, 2025.
The Asian physical release will include a Standard Edition priced at 321 HKD (approximately 239 CNY) and a Special Edition at 561 HKD (approximately 512 CNY). The Special Edition features collectible items such as acrylic character stands, four metal badges, and a commemorative coin.
Pre-ordering any physical edition grants an exclusive metal badge themed around the Golden Beetle design. Pricing for the digital version has yet to be announced.
The game blends nostalgic elements with modern gameplay, preserving the engaging classic action experience of the original NES series while introducing new content and mechanics suited for contemporary players.
Players can control two powerful ninjas: the new protagonist Kenji Mozu and the skilled assassin Kusho. As the story unfolds, players will experience the intertwined destinies of these two characters, culminating in a thrilling journey where their paths converge to face ultimate challenges together.
