Death Stranding 2 is set to launch officially on June 26. Media reviews have been fully released, with an average score of 93 from 34 outlets on OpenCritic.
Gamespot rated the game 7 out of 10, commenting that the game’s message is not very clear and seems to encourage players to think about many different things.
In a previous trailer, a character resembling “Snake” from Metal Gear named “Neil” appeared. Kojima recently spoke about this character at the Sydney Film Festival, recalling that even the actor Luca Marinelli thought he was playing Snake.
Composer Yoann ‘Woodkid’ Lemoine revealed in a Rolling Stone interview that Kojima has been actively modifying the game after testing because players loved it so much.
