Mafia: The Old Country – A New Chapter in the Gangster Saga

Hangar 13, the game developer, has officially announced that their open-world action-adventure game with a gangster theme, “Mafia: The Old Country,” has entered the manufacturing phase and is set for release on August 8. The game will be available in the Chinese region starting at a price of 219 yuan.

The game introduces players to Sicily, the rarely seen hometown of the new anti-hero protagonist Enzo Favara. This setting not only brings a fresh perspective to the classic themes of the series but also reveals the origins of the Mafia organization.

Sicily’s rugged countryside contrasts sharply with its grimy urban alleys, where betrayal and violence are deeply rooted in this gang-infested land. Rival families and their ruthless leaders engage in an endless underground turf war, hidden from public view. Trust is a fleeting rarity, and loyalty is priceless.

Being part of a family means entering a brutal world. Lord Torisi demands absolute loyalty, punishing those who fail to show respect. Enzo and his associates must always be ready to serve their lord, eliminating anyone who dares to rebel or threaten his beloved daughter, Isabella.
