According to Sega’s official roadmap for game releases over the next three years, the recently announced “Persona 4 Remastered” is set to launch in Sega’s fiscal year 2027 or later. Sega’s fiscal year 2027 begins in April 2026 and ends in March 2027. This means the game will be released sometime in 2026, 2027, or possibly even later.
Games scheduled for fiscal year 2026 (April 2025 – March 2026) include:
- Sonic Racing: Cross Worlds, releasing September 25, 2025
- Football Manager, expected in fall 2025
- RAIDOU Remastered: The Mystery of the Soulless Army, released June 19, 2025
- Multiple other titles planned, some for the upcoming Switch 2
For fiscal year 2027 (April 2026 – March 2027), Sega plans to release:
- Four major titles plus additional games including European IPs
- Several new entries in major IPs
- Multiple new games based on European and legendary IPs
The same pattern is expected for fiscal year 2028 (April 2027 – March 2028).
“Persona 4 Remastered” will be available on PC, Xbox Series, and PS5 platforms, with a day-one release on Xbox Game Pass.
The announcement trailer for “Persona 4 Remastered” featured a mysterious running man, which sparked mixed reactions among fans. Despite some dissatisfaction, the excitement for the game’s release remains high.
